What lab collection services do you offer?

CardiAI Laboratory can collect COVID-19 PCR (Saliva or Nasal Swab) and antibody testing samples (blood) for individuals, corporate, large groups, or travellers.

Who can use your service?

Our services are available to individuals,businesses, large groups, and travellers.

How do I book an appointment?

You can schedule an appointment through our website for your COVID-19 testing needs here or by emailing us at: ywgtravel@cardiai.com

How long does an appointment last?

Generally, an appointment lasts no more than 10minutes. During this time, our Medical Laboratory Assistant will confirm your identity, verify your requisition, set up a safe and comfortable space for the collection, and answer any questions or concerns you may have.

What do I need to do if the appointment exceeds the set number in the slot?

In case of over 10 appointments in one slot, the next slot of appointment should be booked. If the next slot is unavailable, we recommend booking any following slot available.

What do I need to do to prepare for my appointment?

We recommend drinking a large glass of water at least 1hr to 45 minutes prior to your appointment and wearing warm clothing or a sweater to help prepare your veins.

What happens if I need to cancel my appointment?

Any cancellations that occur more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will receive a full refund of the booking fee. Any cancellations that occur less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will unfortunately be charged the full booking fee.

What are your lab collection service hours?

Our offices operate :

Monday to Friday : 8 AM to 5 PM.

Saturday : 10:15 AM to 2 PM

How to Book Corporate COVID-19 Tests?

If you are a corporation or large group looking to set up an account with CardiAI, please email us directly at Pkirkwood@cardiai.com with your inquiry.

How can I get results?

Results will be emailed through an encrypted message as soon as they are made available. Every effort will be made for a 24-hour* turnaround time; however, this time is not guaranteed as there are other factors that may delay this process. For the Rapid testing Solution, the results will be emailed in 4 hours.
